Characteristics:
1. The invert motor drive the blade to slit, the scorer motivity is canceled. 
   The mototivity from the crushless wheels drive the paper board, which is better
   for the synchronization of the scorers and the paper board as well as a better
   endurance.

2. Scorer wheels are divided into two groups, each of which are controlled 
   independently. One group of scorer wheels are to the surface of the roll's 
   surface, optional to install scorer wheels or pre-scorer wheels 
   in different tracks.

3. There are three types of scoring, convex to convex, convex to flat, convex to 
   concave, automatically chosen by the computer.  When running with high class 
   full-page printing, the second group of convex scorer wheels face to the roll,
   making a better printing effect.

4. Because the two group of scorer wheels are installed in different tracks, 
   the minimum scoring distance for single-set is 50mm (double-set machines 
   can score with the distance of 0mm). To the clients' request,
   we could install extra scorer wheels in the same track as the pre-scorer wheel,
   which can prevent the dry paper board from cracking when scoring.

5. PLC control the invert motor and the roller screw to drive, keeping a high 
   precision.

6. Double sets move sidelong, which can adapt effectively the next order 
   which the edge of slitting paper is 5mm and it is no need to reduce 
   the speed when changing order, but ensure the veracity, and reduce 
   the waste of paper board at the same time in the production.

7. With the Omron system, It could store 400 groups of orders for production.

8. Sharpening with high precision, but no need to stop the machine.
   Optional for manual or automatic control.

9. The new tungsten steel blade assort with the beakiron. The min slit 
   width is 5mm, and with high quality of the edge of the paper board.

10.Oil cooling and blower cooling applied together to ensure the paper board 
   lined and perfect, lengthening the endurance of the blade.

11.For double sets, it is no need to slow down when changing order.
