Characteristics:
1 - The heating source of hotplate is steam, the temperature of every part is automatically controlled by the valves which depend on the layers of corrugated paperboard and the speed.
2 - Hydraulic pressure for up and down, subsection pressure according to the layers of corrugated paperboard. Keeping suitable pressure is easy for the paperboard to form.
3 - Pneumatic controls the tension of upper cotton belt, and imported automatic ballonet adjusts the moving of the upper and down cotton belt to keep the paperboard edge is in line with the belt.
4 - Two heating ways with pressure roll or interfic is optional, and the PLC controls the pressure.
5 - Frequency conversion motor drive the Double Facer.
